1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the digital archive of Sejo Bajraktarević (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. The Service is a non-commercial digital preservation project.

2. Intellectual Property & AI Training

All content, including musical compositions, scores, documentary films, and artwork, is the exclusive property of Sejo Bajraktarević.

Strict Prohibition on AI Training:

The use of any content from this Service for the purpose of training machine learning models or artificial intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited. We utilize technical measures, including Cloudflare AI Labyrinth and Bot Blocking, to disrupt and identify unauthorized AI crawlers.

3. Privacy & Tracking

This Service utilizes Umami Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR/CCPA compliant. No personal identifiers are stored or shared with third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability (Legal Protection)

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sejo Bajraktarević (Owner) and the Technical Developer (Luka Piplica) shall not be held liable for any damages arising from:

  • Any technical malfunctions or downtime of third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, Tigris, GitHub).
  • Inaccuracies, errors, or incompleteness in the archival material.
  • Loss of data or security breaches caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • User interactions with automated security challenges or IP blocks.

5. Security, Anti-Bot & DDoS Protection

We employ advanced Cloudflare Security measures to ensure the integrity of the archive:

  • Bot Fight Mode: Automated detection and challenging of non-human traffic.
  • AI Bot Blocking: Active prevention of AI training crawlers via managed rulesets.
  • DDoS Mitigation: Automatic protection against network and application-layer attacks.
  • Email Obfuscation: Prevention of email harvesting by automated scripts.

Any attempt to bypass these measures, scrape content, or perform DDoS attacks will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Sarajevo.
