About the Track

“Dajte mi dajte, Bure vina” is the opening and title track of the debut album by the band Baron i Crna ovca. In a humorous way, characteristic of the “Sarajevo school” of rock, the song describes the drama of a betrayed lover, mentioning cult references of the era such as the “Kineski” (Chinese) restaurant and trips to Milan.

Production and Recording

Recorded and mixed at the legendary “BLAP” studio (Dom Mladih Skenderija, Sarajevo) during June and July 1988. The production was led by Brano Likić, while Zoran Šebedžija served as the sound engineer.
